Bloated tummy and diarhorea since yesterday.

Just now vomitted when bathing.

Should be food poisoning or gastric flu.

Perhaps it might be gastric not used to food coming in after being 'empty' for almost 2 days.

Still thinking... but not as much..... practising Zazen.

Eyes are frozen, tears are dried.

Heart is dead? Not yet.
