Change VS Being Myself

'Change is the only constant in this world'...... so contradicting and yet so true......

Sometimes change happen due to environment, circumstances and even human maturity.

So is 'Change' a good or bad thing afterall?

What's the real definition of Being Myself..... to do and act what I feel like and how I want?
